Three ideas survive on the same logic: hard, dated, company-specific catalysts disclosed hours ago with no completed session to price them. idea:2 is the cleanest — a national regulator (Japan MHLW) approved Optune Pax for unresectable locally advanced pancreatic cancer, a named new indication in a market NVCR did not serve. The Skeptic passed it. Reaction is flat: close sigma redacted live redacted, move vs sector redacted so there is no chase and no adverse stock-specific move. idea:5 is a wait, not a reject: the 8-K confirms convertible debt converting to equity at close plus a planned PIPE ahead of a Nasdaq listing, and the live move is only redacted with the stock in an uptrend (20-day return redacted, 60-day return redacted). idea:4 I concede: redacted (redacted) on the news day with XLF/SPX/NDX flat is a stock-specific rejection of the deal, and I will not fight it. I would take idea:2 and idea:5 at reduced size, skip idea:4, and keep the swing budget at redacted given the flat tape.

The strongest honest case is idea:3 NVCR, then idea:1 MU. NVCR: the Japan MHLW approval is a genuinely new fact (filing age redacted, news age redacted) and the tape has not absorbed it — move since the news (σ) redacted live move only redacted (redacted) on redacted volume, with move vs sector redacted against flat SPX/sector. Short interest is redacted of float with redacted days to cover, so a squeeze tailwind sits behind a long, and the stock is redacted below its 52-week high with 20-day return redacted, i.e. the approval lands on a washed-out base rather than after a run. MU: the beat and strong guidance are hours old (news age redacted), the completed-bar move is exactly redacted (move since the news (σ) redacted), and the live drift is redacted (redacted) — a mild fade, not a rejection, on redacted volume, with trend up and 20-day return redacted. I concede idea:2 SINT: the Skeptic is right — redacted (redacted) on redacted volume on the day of the beat, after redacted in redacted sessions, is a stock-specific rejection with no squeeze fuel (redacted of float). I concede idea:5 JBL: the cited item is a preview, not results, and redacted on redacted volume with trend down is a fully expressed move against a long.
