Short trades on the news, checked by a Skeptic
A small experimental book of stock trades held for days to a few weeks, long or short, next to the core council. Every idea is shown, including the ones that were stopped; results are after a declared cost, never the actual one.
What this is
Experimental swing book, not trading yet; every idea is also tracked on paper. Language-model agents read the news, a separate Skeptic agent — blind to the pitch — checks whether the news is already in the price, and a human approves every trade.
This cannot be tested on past data (the model has read that history), so it is judged only on live trades, by rules written before the first trade. 0 closed trades so far; telling skill from luck needs several hundred, so early numbers mostly show whether something is badly wrong. Results are shown after a declared cost of 1.25% per trade leg, which is at least what we pay. Next to it: the mechanical stock rule we did not adopt for trading (it failed its test), the same trades' sector-and-beta benchmark, and the index.

Idea funnel
Every group of ideas is tracked on paper the same way: entered at the reference price when the decision was sealed, exited on completed daily bars at its own stop, target or time stop, after the declared cost on both legs. So the Skeptic's rejects and waits are measured next to what was traded.
